A guy reads Twilight by Stephenie Meyer (2009-2011)

Post Cancelled Due To Sickness

Due to being sick today, there is no post. I know I could probably drag myself out of bed and write something, but it wouldn’t be funny, and thus would be so drastically boring you would get sick as well and hate me for eternity . Also, it is in my best interest to get better, as the premiere is but a few days away (!) .

However, there is some news and cool stuff. I was recently interviewed by TwilightTShirts.com (under The Pulse section), and they are offering to give some of their great merch away!

So, instead of a post (and in an effort to covertly help Liz from Twicurls win her college video contest), you can watch this short video and possibly win cool prizes (continued below):

This video has one thing to do with Twilight. Watch it over and over until you find that one thing (hint: try turning the volume up; but still watch it over and over, so she gets more views).

If you find that one thing, leave the answer as a comment, and you’ll be entered for the contest! I will be giving three Twilight T-shirts away, so be sure to enter!

ADDED: Before I get a flurry of emails, I said something in passing in the interview about what I might do after twilightguy.com, which was not entirely serious (yes, I am still learning how to watch what I say and how things can be misconstrued). So, nobody explode.

  1. The song is Clair De Lune by Debussy…

There is also a Breaking Dawn refrance in the video as well…

    Feel better ^_^

  2. You poor guy!! I’m slowly getting over my own recent sickness. I caught a cold (didn’t realize I was chasing one) and thanks to being pregnant, the cold set up shop and allowed a friend to come over, too. Say hello to Mr. Opportunistic Secondary Infection!

I hope things go much easier for you with your illness. Take lots of vitamin C, try to rest up, stay hydrated with water or juice, and keep in mind that you only have a week to get 100% better before the movie comes out. πŸ™‚

  3. hope you get well soon, Kaleb πŸ™‚ rest, drink plenty of liquids and cover up πŸ™‚

clair de lune was also obvious to me ^_^ thanks for supporting Liz πŸ™‚ I’m quite a fan of the TwiCurls as well ^_^

  4. Clair de Lune, by Debussy, is the music playing in the background. One of the first songs Edward and Bella find out they both like. πŸ™‚

    Feel better soon Kaleb!

  5. I’m the 60th! oh well..

It’s Claire de lune by Debussy of course… Edward and Bella’s song, but I guess you guys probably know that already.

Anyway, nice video, too. I like the things Liz said about spring being a time of change and everything, and how we are all different from the person we were last year, something like that…

Kaleb, get well soon ok. πŸ™‚

  6. Yeahh, it’s Claire de Lune by Debussy.

Not that much of a challenge, really. I like the new background on the site, Kaleb, even though it reminds me that I can’t see the film until the 19th of December (I live in Brazil).

    Get well soon, dear.

  7. Clair de Lune by Debussy is the background music…

Have always been a Debussy fan (before the series) and his impressionistic music is glorious!

  8. Clair de Lune! And it was in the books before it was in the movie–Edward had it on in the car the first time he drove Bella home. *sticks out tongue for no apparent reason*

Kaleb, I hope you feel better soon. Being sick sucks.

  9. first off, feel better. because being sick in college is the WORST.

second, i’m sure you’ve seen the madness surrounding mr. pattinson. could…you put up a public service announcement saying something along the lines of “no punching people out, because that’s BAD”?

i feel as though people might listen to you.

    love from nyc,
    katie
