9. Some of these songs re annoying because I either dislike them (bleeding love) or son’t think they totalyl apply. But the ones left are SO close. Yikes. People found some really good songs. Now at least I have more to add to my playlist. 😛

13. This *is* hard. I’ve already voted for one, but I have no idea which other ones to vote for 😛
    All the songs are great though, they fit really well. But I can’t imagine you had to go through 7000 entries, that’s some serious dedication!

14. i think some bands like Hellogoodbye and Metro Station and Boys Like Girls (though I don’t dislike them) just dont fit with the book. I think they’re too..poppy and bubbly…can’t really see edward and bella scenes with that kind of music

15. I can so see the movie being over, the credits coming on, and “Time is Running Out” playing over the credits.

24. I don’t think that a huge hit should be the song for Twilight… it should be something that isn’t overplayed and has more of an “indie” feel. Thats just what I think… 🙂

    Well, most of these songs’ lyrics fit the idea of Twilight very well for me, but if Bleeding Love wins, or we get stuck with some of the more pop-ey songs, I’m kicking someone. I do like This is for Keeps :].

27. Why would someone put All Around Me by FlyLeaf? Its a sad song but its perfect for New Moon. I’m going for Lion by Rebecca St James because it describes Edward perfectly I have no Idea about muse though I’m just starting to listen to them ALSO Lion is not emo it is happy just listen to the lyrics

29. Aww yeah, “Iris” hands down. That’s the song I thought of when I first read the chapter in the first place. Plus, y’know, it’s the most beautiful, touching song that came out of the 90’s.

30. All Around Me is not a sad song…it describes Bella perfectly because all day everyday, Bella can feel Edward around her, whether is physically, mentally, or spirtually. Its gonna be hard to vote but I’m excited to find out which one will win! =]

    I didn’t choose Time is Running Out by Muse because, well, it’s already in Stephenie Meyer’s playlist and I thought that was kind of cheap. I wanted to choose a different song!

    This is so hard. I love all the top 10 songs except Bleeding Love and the dreadfully overplayed Hero/Heroine ughh, so I’m gonna have a difficult time voting.

OME!!! your guardian angel is PERFECT! i totally am in love with red jumpsuit apparatus, and now i love it even more! haha. i really do NOT enjoy bleeding love, it annoys me greatly 🙁 and i don’t seem to get a twilight-y feel from time is running out. the book isn’t about ‘is there enough time’ or anything. it’s about the fact that edward and bella [bella especially] will do ANYTHING for each other, if it means death, or pain, or separation! not time….

36. honestly, i’m a huge fan of metro station and muse and rja, but after listening to the lyrics, heroheroine was absolutely perfect for twilight. i got the chills because i could see something related to bella and edward as i heard the lyrics and lsjgdalg its just perfect!

    I picked:
    Hero/Heroine, for it’s perfect lyrics
    Time is Running Out, because, hello?, stephenie meyer herself put that on her playlist!
    aand i picked All Around Me, because it totally captures the atmosphere of the book!

40. I really like Muse, but I don’t think Time Is Running Out describes the ENTIRE book. It definitely describes part of it though, so I guess I wouldn’t mind if that was THE song… I’d never heard “Lion” before, and that describes Edward almost perfectly… I don’t know, a lot of these songs could work! As long as it’s not “Bleeding Love”

41. I think that the Muse song everybody is in love with is very good – but for the whole series. I personally think that “This Is For Keeps” by The Spill Canvas is the best. It fits the song soooo well!! Look it up on YouTube! Seriously! I’m totally voting for it on all three of my votes =D

44. Yay! I voted! I have to say, this is reeaally hard. But I SOOOOOOOOOOO hope LION wins. It matches it PERFECTLY.

    sigh, but I don’t think it will, because it’s not a well known song… PEOPLE! GIVE LION A CHANCE! READ THE LYRICS AND LISTEN TO THE WHOLE SONG! EVERYTHING MATCHES! IT EVEN HAS “YOUR GENTLENESS MELTS ME” AND “I’M SCARED AND I’M NOT SURE YOU’RE SAFE/ BUT YOUR EYES SEEM TO SAY THAT YOU ARE GOOD”. IT’S AN AWESOME SONG!

    Anyway, as long as it’s not Bleeding Love (overrated) or Muse (i’m sorry, they’re a great band, but suddenly since stephenie says she loves it, everyone is screaming about it. Give other artists a chance!) I’m fine. I also like Iris. There’s my two cents!

45. I voted for Lion. It really seems to fit it pretty good. But the Muse one and “This is for keeps” were pretty close too 😀

46. I don’t know, Time is running out is a good song, and I don’t think it should be an overly played-pop song, (like Bleeding Love, I hope that one doesnt win) but I like Hero/Heroin. I mean Edward eventells Bella that she is his brand of heroin right in the book, in the medow I’m pretty sure is where he said it. I like This is For Keeps alos, because Edward is all about forever and everything that comes with it.

47. I agree with Hallie that it’s kind of cheap to pick Muse because it’s on the playlist (but Muse is still a good band).
    Seventeen forever almost seems like it could fit the entire series though it fits just twilight pretty well.
    Your Gaurdian Angel is one of the best, I’d say. Because Edward is like Bella’s angel. The only bad part for the relationship is the “even if saving you sends me to heaven” because Edward doesn’t believe he should go to heaven.
    All Around me is a pretty awesome song.
    Here (in your arms) is good for the ending but not for the entire book.

48. I love Hero/Heroine and Your Guardian Angel. Iris is an amazing song, but i really don’t understand where it fits in with twilight? . If you really understand the lyrics, it’s sort of abut a bad breakup … and
    Metro Station is also an amazing band, but not for twilight Bleeding Love isn’t very good either . Lion has very relevant lyrics.

50. These are ok. I’m sad that neither of my picks (“Everytime We Touch” by Cascada and “Can’t Help Falling in Lone with You” by Elvis-you can’t go wrong with Elvis!) got in, but I voted for “Your Guardian Angel” and “Lion”. I listened to these clips and then searched for the ones that sounded ok on youtube. I couldn’t find Lion for a long time because I kept using the artist’s name as Rachel instead of Rebecca. I like “Here in Your Arms” but there wasn’t much to the song
    (in terms of verses) and I couldn’t understand the chorus without lyrics.
